Dhillons Brewery Tap Room Opening!

We were kindly invited to the Dhillons Brewery Tap Room opening last week. The brewery, which is based in Coventry was founded in 2015 and hosted its first invite only event to showcase their beautifully pimped up tap room and it was truly EPIC!Dhillons proudly use the slogan, "Keep It Re’ale” with one goal which is to brew the "most exciting, beautifully crafted ales with a slight hint of madness.” They use a combination of traditional and modern brewing methods, while funking things up with a bit of urban branding.[su_row][su_column size="1/2][/su_column] [su_column size="1/2"]A picture from the Dhillons Brewery in Coventry tap room opening, west midlands for the beer yeti review[/su_column][/su_row]Walking into the brewery, the first thing that we noticed was the sheer size, this place is well and truly BIG! There was the kit in one room, which was next to the bar area in a nice little alcove. Bowls of beers submerged in hops were scattered around the area, with pump clips and cool lighting on the racking outside. Also kegs and rope had been used to cordon off the seating area from the rest of the brewery. The brews were flowing, with the Amber and Red IPA going down especially well! :) We were also lucky enough to meet brewers Gordon and Pedro for a chilled one, while commending them on their work![su_row][su_column size="1/2]A picture from the Dhillons Brewery in Coventry tap room opening, west midlands for the beer yeti review[/su_column] [su_column size="1/2"]A picture from the Dhillons Brewery in Coventry tap room opening, west midlands for the beer yeti review[/su_column][/su_row]The thing that we really liked about this  set up was that a lot of the features were from the brewery, so it was not too OTT with all of the thrills, etc. You actually felt like you were in the brewery and this mixed with some great tunes plus a nice crowd made it a truly unforgettable night, so cheers Team Dhillons!Due to the success of the first open evening, Dhillons are opening their tap room again on September 1st for real ale and a good night out. You can book your place here (we’d definitely recommend it)!
