Their beer school is a full day course led by Head Brewer and MSc Qualified Master Brewer Matt Buist. Matt will talk you through the science and technique of brewing, as well as a guided brew on the breweries' 100L pilot kit.
There are three types of course available;
Introduction to Brewing - This is for beginners and it’s a really good crack… Get a group together (perhaps a stag or hen do)? Rock up, decide what style of beer you would like to brew and brew it! (With Matt of Course)Advanced Brewing & Recipe Design - If you’ve already given home brewing a go and want some expert advice while developing your recipes and skills, then this one’s for you!Mixed Culture & Sour Beers - Now this one’s for the home brewing badasses! If you have been home brewing for sometime and fancy getting your farmhouse funk on, then this one is DEFINITELY for you! You’ll get the lo-down on how to brew on the wild side, complemented by a bit of intel on the history, geography and microbiology of this fantastic style of beer.
