Two Epic brews from Drygate, Scotland!

I picked up a couple of bad boys this week, that I had seen on the shelves for quite some time and to be fair, had been slightly dazed by the cool artwork on the side of the bottle, so had to give them a try... true testament to what I'm like!.. I did read the side of the bottle first though! These were from Drygate Brewing Company in Glasgow Scotland and were a fantastic pair to accompany me on my Thursday Night movie, so I thought, 'why not share!'[su_row][su_column size="1/2"]A picture of the Drygate beer from the Beer Yeti Review of the Rye IPA and IPA [/su_column] [su_column size="1/2"]

Ax Man Red Rye IPA

Appearance: Nice head, deep amber/ red appearance.Aroma: Toffee, with a hint of spice.Flavour: Citrusy flavour, with a fantastic mix of lime and sweet caramel. This bitter-sweet was finished off with a slightly sour, quench of lemon and a hint of spice in the finish... NICE![/su_column][/su_row][su_row][su_column size="1/2"]A picture of the Drygate beer from the Beer Yeti Review of the IPA [/su_column] [su_column size="1/2"]

Gladeye IPA

Appearance: Light amber/ yellowish with a slight bit of lacing.Aroma: Quite spritely, a nice citrusy hit, with zesty, fresh fruit, fresh grass with a hint of caramel underlay.Flavour: This fresh zesty feel is carried though into the flavour with a hint of kiwi thrown in. It works well with the caramel to create a fantastic combo of sweetness, with a bitter ending. VERY refreshing VERY easy to drink![/su_column][/su_row]So next time you see them, pick these two up and give em' a go!!
