Shape Shifter IPA – Fourpure Brewing Co. 5.9% abv

This epic, hop driven brew is inspired by Fourpure’s love for hops and has just launched in Waitrose!

Appearance: Deep amber with a moderate white head that is very dense and retains.

Aroma: Rich tangerine, followed by a touch of citrus and other tropical fruit, polished off by a slight bitter-pine underlay.

Flavour: Bitter orange peel, met by a slighty sweet maltiness and a very tropical splash of mango, grapefruit and pineapple.

Awesome, really refreshing and VERY easy to drink!

Pig’s Paradise Blonde – Colonsay Brewery 4.4% abv

Dedicated to the porkers that used to graze on the island where the brewery is based, feasting on a rich wildflower patch beside the crashing waves.

Appearance: Crystal clear, pale straw with an ever so slight white head.

Aroma: Rich and malty, with a touch of wheat, red berries and molasses.

Flavour: Light and crisp, with a touch of sweet malts that is counterbalanced by a bitter, hoppy finish.

Chilling out with this brew on the beach would be a pig’s paradise for sure!

Lost Tourist – White Rock Brewery Co. 5.3% abv

Brewed on Guernsey, White Rock Brewery offers a variety of ales and bottled craft beer, inspired by traditional recipes that are adapted/modernised to create an infusion of flavours!

Appearance: Clear amber, with a moderate head that reduces quickly, leaving some lacing.

Aroma: Essence of vanilla, strawberries and cream, met by a touch of caramel. This is finished off with a slight tropical underlay and dash of pine.

Flavour: A fantastic mix of sweet caramel malts and bitter grapefruit, put to bed by a slight, hoppy finish.

A cracking bitter-sweet mix, balanced to perfection!
