In 2011 we helped start a non for profit Brew Fest called The Wild West Brewfest.  Through tireless efforts of The Rotary Club of Katy and its Volunteers it has become one of the highest profile Brew Festivals in the Country.  Since 2011 the Event has generated over one million dollars that has helped countless individuals, organizations and projects within our communities.  Through this endeavor, we have had the opportunity to meet these Individual Brewers and learn more about the Craft they so passionately love.  We see that the Beer Culture is tremendously diverse and requires knowing some serious chemistry, hard work, Capital and Perseverance to succeed in the Craft Beer industry.  Our respect for these Craft Beer Artisans and the wonderful liquid they create for us all to enjoy, spawned the idea for our travels within the United States and beyond to pay homage to each one of them.  Beer might be easy to enjoy but it’s a complex drink with a very storied past.  Please join us as we travel one Town at a time, to explore Breweries and the Establishments that carry this wonderful liquid.
